alt   Alexia Newman, Director

Alexia has served as Director of Carolina Pregnancy Center for the past 22 years.  Her leadership of the ministry includes representing CPC through speaking at various churches and organizations, coordinating fundraising events for the center, and partnering with other ministries to unite the community.  She is actively involved in her church home, Mt. Calvary Presbyterian Church.  

 

alt  Elizabeth McAbee, Assistant Director 

Since March of 2007, Elizabeth has served as Assistant Director at Carolina Pregnancy Center.  She works directly with our volunteers in scheduling and training and also has many financial responsibilities.  Mentoring and teaching clients is also part of her job. She and her daughter, Allie, live in Inman.  

 

alt  Becca Friend, Marketing and Media Director

 Becca has been on staff at CPC for several years now. As Marketing and Media Director, she designs and oversees our printed material and social media. She helps behind the scenes on our events with decorating and media design. Coordinating Teen MOPS is also one of her major responsibilities. She and her husband, Bill, are co-owners of Dickey's BBQ in Greer & Inman and attend Evangel Cathedral with their three sons, Caleb, Zachary, and Elijah. 


alt  Phyllis Rogers, Earn While Your Learn Program Coordinator

Phyllis came on board as Program Coordinator for Earn While You Learn in late 2009.  Scheduling appointments, contacting clients, maintaining paperwork, and organizing literature are just a few of her many responsibilities.  She and her husband, Al, are members of Roebuck Baptist Church. 


altDebra Ortt, Earn While You Learn Director  

Debra has been on staff since January 2010. As Earn While You Learn Director she oversees the many facets of the program while working directly with the clients, and teaching parenting classes. She also can be found most days in the EWYL store designing displays and pricing items. She and her husband Greg along with with daughters Madison and Reagan are members of First Baptist North Spartanburg.
